Scope of Services

Our highly trained engineers will monitor and remediate any problem detected through the RMM software or raised by the customer.

Setup

At the initial setup stage, all the discovered infrastructure devices’ software and services will be determined and updated to the latest version to insure optimum operations and performance. The task is repeated on a regular interval to insure the infrastructure is kept in an optimum state.

Proactive Monitoring

The customer’s infrastructure is proactively monitored 24x7 using our RMM software.

Remediation

Our NOC Services will perform full remediation of issues detected by the RMM software, reported by the reseller or escalated from the Help Desk.

Scheduled Tasks

The NOC Services team can schedule a future task to prevent disruption to end-users or other tasks.

Work Requests

Raise unlimited Work Requests to help offload repetitive technical tasks to the NOC Services team.

Escalation

If a raised ticket was not resolved through our back office engineers, an escalation ticket will be raised to VAR team in order to address the problem onsite providing an end to end solution.
